Moot Court
The Moot Court aims to create a mooting culture in the students of the college of Law by training students for moot court competitions in law college.
Simulation exercises are conducted in the Moot Court to build advocacy skills in students to become confident lawyers in the future by replicating the real-world environment of court rooms. Students undergo training through a series of moot court problems which complement the theoretical courses being taught in the corresponding semester.
Moot Court involves an analysis of court cases in preparation for regional court-style competitions, and offers excellent experience for Pre-Law and other students seeking training in close reading and reasoned argument.
